Manufacturing Engineer (Detroit, MI area): Organize, plan, coordinate & trouble shoot manufacturing process for plastic, ceramic & metal injection molding process; apply knowledge of materials, processes, part design (DFMA) for cost analysis & APQP; optimization of process parameters by applying appropriate DOE & SPC tools; resolve customer related quality issues & evaluate product according to appropriate specification & quality standards; and create work instructions & train employees according to established quality procedure.
